1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at janjibayar. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances and wins.

3 Member Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for all activities that occur within their account. The following rules apply to janjibayar account management:

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Requests from competent authorities.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the janjibayar support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions are settled. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method.
